A Partial Least-Square Mediation Analysis of the Contribution of Cross-Campus Entrepreneurship Education to Students’ Entrepreneurial Intentions

چکیده
The present paper presents findings of entrepreneurial intentions a group 313 undergraduate students the University Oradea, Romania, from different non-economic fields study (engineering, health, social sciences, mathematics, natural humanities, and arts), including rural areas other disadvantaged groups enrolled in an entrepreneurship education project financed through European Social Fund. A complex mediation chain is set place net relationships linking benefits to self-efficacy, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms our estimation intentions. Using multigroup analysis, we address OECD inclusive perspective ‘at-risk’ on labor market under-represented entrepreneurship, identifying how can be better capitalized by each category. advocates necessity extend outside economics business specializations.
